Description of the program implementation

Program kierunku opracowany jest we współpracy z siedmioma uniwersytetami europejskimi, z których cztery zwane są dalej uniwersytetami partnerskimi i które zapewniają studentom kierunku semestr mobilności w ramach studiów oraz wystawiają wspólnie z UJ podwójne dyplomy ukończenia studiów:
1. Karl-Franzens University of Graz
2. University of Bamberg
3. Universite Paris Diderot
4. Ca'Foscari University of Venice
oraz trzy uniwerytety, które zapewniają semestr mobilności, lecz nie wystawiają podwójnych dyplomów: 5. Universita Autonoma di Barcelona
6. University of Pecs
7. University of New York.
W ramach studiów student zobowiązany jest do zaliczenia przynajmniej jednego semestru (30 ECTS) w jednym z uniwersytetów partnerskich lub mobilności. Praca dyplomowa studenta jest recenzowana przez pracowników naukowych uniwersytetu partnerskiego lub uniwerstytetu mobilności. Absolwent otrzymuje podwójny dyplom ukończenia studiów (macierzystego uniwersytetu oraz uniwersytetu partnerskiego, w którym odbył część programu studiów), jeśli odbył część programu na uniwersytecie partnerskim. Jeśli absolwent odbył obowiązkowy semestr mobilności na uczelni mobilności, otrzymuje dyplom ukończenia studiów wystawiany przez UJ. Program studiów oferuje możliwość wyboru jednej z dwóch specjalizacji: językoznawstwo angielskie lub literaturoznawstwo brytyjskie i amerykańskie. Każda z nich obejmuje około 1100 godzin. Oferta kursów fakultatywnych oraz seminariów w ramach określonych specjalizacji jest ogłaszana przed rozpoczęciem danego roku akademickiego.

Graduation

Warunkiem ukończenia studiów jest zgromadzenie minimum 120 punktów ECTS, w tym 30 punktów ECTS podczas semestru studiów na jednym z uniwersytetów partnerskich lub uniwersytetów mobilności, oraz przedstawienie pracy magisterskiej i zdanie egzaminu magisterskiego.
