Description of the program implementation

Kursy obowiązkowe realizowane są głównie na pierwszym roku studiów. Oprócz przedmiotów obligatoryjnych student realizuje na I i II roku zajęcia fakultatywne. Drugi rok studiów poświęcony jest w znacznej części na pracę badawczą w ramach pracowni magisterskiej.

Graduation

Warunkiem ukończenia studiów jest uzyskanie zaliczenia wszystkich kursów, złożenie pracy dyplomowej, oraz uzyskanie z niej i z ustnego egzaminu dyplomowego pozytywnej oceny.
Praca dyplomowa jest samodzielnym opracowaniem określonego zagadnienia naukowego prezentującym ogólną wiedzę i umiejętności studenta związane z danym kierunkiem studiów, poziomem i profilem kształcenia oraz umiejętności samodzielnego analizowania i wnioskowania.
Praca dyplomowa składana jest w formie pisemnej.

Oprócz przedmiotów obligatoryjnych student realizuje na I i II roku zajęcia z grupy kursów fakultatywnych w sumie za 18 punktów ECTS w tym, co najmniej jeden w języku angielskim w wymiarze 30 godzin za 3 punkty ECTS. Dodatkowo na I roku student zobowiązany jest do wyboru jednego spośród trzech fakultatywnych laboratoriów specjalizacyjnych (Zaawansowane metody analizy stanu środowiska, Nowoczesne techniki usuwania i detekcji zanieczyszczeń środowiskowych, Nowe materiały prośrodowiskowe). Do zaliczenia I roku student zobowiązany jest uzyskać 14 punktów ECTS z grupy kursów fakultatywnych. Nadwyżka punktów uzyskana w ramach przedmiotów fakultatywnych zostaje zaliczona na poczet II roku studiów. Za zgodą dziekana student może realizować przedmioty fakultatywne zgodne z tematyką studiów spoza powyższego katalogu. W całym okresie studiów, w ramach kursów obligatoryjnych, student realizuje kursy z dziedziny nauk humanistycznych i/lub nauk społecznych w wymiarze 6 punktów ECTS (Podstawy prawne ochrony środowiska – 2 ECTS, Polityka ochrony środowiska – 2 ECTS, Ekonomiczne aspekty ochrony środowiska – 1 ECTS oraz Ochrona własności intelektualnej II – 1 ECTS).
