Description of the program implementation
Program studiów pierwszego stopnia na kierunku historia sztuki realizowany jest jako program ogólny, obejmujący zagadnienia przekrojowe i specjalistyczne w zakresie kolejnych epok historycznych w sztuce: sztuki antycznej, sztuki wczesnochrześcijańskiej i bizantyńskiej, sztuki średniowiecznej, sztuki nowożytnej, sztuki nowoczesnej i sztuki współczesnej (XX i XXI wieku), a także metodologii historii sztuki i nauki o obrazie w ujęciu praktycznym, podstaw krytyki artystycznej, wiedzy na temat funkcjonowania rynku sztuki i antykwarycznego, zarządzania obiektami zabytkowymi oraz prawnych aspektów ochrony dziedzictwa intelektualnego i praw autorskich. Program składa się z zajęć obowiązkowych i fakultatywnych. Zajęcia fakultatywne (wykłady i konwersatoria) można wybrać z listy przedstawionej w sylabusie. W każdym semestrze uruchamiana jest inna pula zajęć z tej listy. Na III roku studiów student zobowiązany jest wybrać i zaliczyć dwa seminaria: seminarium dyplomowe oraz seminarium poboczne, obejmujące dwie różne od siebie epoki historyczno-artystyczne (średniowiecze, Bizancjum, nowożytność, nowoczesność i współczesność). Warunkiem ukończenia studiów jest zaliczenie wszystkich przedmiotów przewidzianych w programie studiów oraz przygotowanie pracy dyplomowej i złożenie egzaminu dyplomowego.
