Description of the program implementation
Programul comun internațional „Studii românești central-europene” este implementat de două universități partenere: Universitatea Jagiellonă (UJ) și Universitatea de Vest din Timișoara (UVT). Cursurile se desfășoară în limba română, folosind forme de predare cu prezență fizică și online. Programul presupune mobilitate academică obligatorie la universitatea parteneră. Programul durează patru semestre (doi ani) și se finalizează cu obținerea unei diplome duble de masterat.
Planul de învățământ include o parte comună desfășurată sincron de studenții ambelor universități, precum și două parcursuri, în funcție de instituția de admitere: parcursul UJ – Universitatea Jagiellonă (minimum 505 ore); parcursul UVT – Universitatea de Vest din Timișoara (minimum 460 ore). Numărul de ore pe fiecare parcurs rezultă din organizarea diferită a anului universitar în cele două instituții.
Partea comună include cursuri obligatorii și opționale: în total, minimum 365 de ore. În semestrul al treilea, studentul alege trei cursuri opționale din oferta programului. Pe parcursul studiilor, fiecare student este obligat să participe la o mobilitate academică la universitatea parteneră: în semestrul al doilea, studenții parcursului UVT merg la Universitatea Jagiellonă, iar în semestrul al treilea, studenții parcursului UJ merg la Universitatea de Vest din Timișoara. Fiecare mobilitate durează aproximativ patru săptămâni și permite colaborarea efectivă între studenții UJ și UVT în cadrul proiectelor și cursurilor prevăzute în planul de studii. Mobilitățile pot fi organizate și finanțate prin programele NAWA sau Erasmus.
Parcursul UJ este destinat studenților care se înscriu la Universitatea Jagiellonă – acesta include cursuri obligatorii și opționale din oferta Facultății de Filologie a UJ și/sau a parcursului UVT (în format online).
În cadrul parcursului UJ, studentul trebuie să urmeze în primul an de studii trei cursuri opționale în valoare totală de 12 ECTS, dintre care unul poate fi o limbă străină la nivelul ales (A1/A2, B1/B2 sau C1), oferită de Institutul de Filologie Română sau de Facultatea de Filologie (în funcție de disponibilitate).
Lucrarea de disertație este pregătită sub îndrumarea unui coordonator științific, în cadrul unui program individual de tutorat academic.
Parcursul UVT, destinat studenților care se înscriu la Universitatea de Vest din Timișoara, ține cont de specificul sistemului academic românesc. Studenții urmează cursuri obligatorii și opționale în conformitate cu planul de învățământ.
Lucrarea de disertație este elaborată sub coordonarea unui profesor din universitatea de origine.
Graduation
Pentru finalizarea programului, studenții trebuie să obțină minimum 120 de credite ECTS (inclusiv 62 de credite ECTS din planul comun), să prezinte o lucrare de disertație aprobată de coordonatorul științific și să promoveze examenul de disertație.

In the second semester, there is obligatory mobility of UVT students at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków - they participate together with Jagiellonian University students in classes planned during this mobility programme. In the third semester, there is obligatory mobility of Jagiellonian University students at the West University in Timișoara - they participate together with UVT students in classes planned during this mobility programme.
